Vintage Religious School Lamp of Learning Brass Lapel Pin

Vintage brass and enamel lapel pin. This is a small, dainty piece. It is a gold-tone color pin with a blue enamel shield with a white cross in the center. The is an old-style oil lamp above the shield known as the lamp of learning which makes me think this pin was from a religious school. It is a vintage item and shows some signs of age and wear mostly to the brass areas (please see all of the photos).
