Returns

Returns & Exchanges:
Your satisfaction is our ultimate goal. If you are unhappy for any reason with your purchase we will gladly refund the product purchase price to your original method of payment, or provide you with an equivalent exchange, whichever you prefer.

Request a return within:

US & General International: 3 days of delivery (ship back within 7 days).

EU & UK: 14 days of delivery per local consumer laws (ship back within 14 days).

Once received, we will refund the product purchase price to your original payment method.

Note: original shipping costs are non-refundable as those funds were already used to purchase the USPS postal label.

If the product you ordered is incorrect or damaged, we will gladly cover the return shipping fee, or offer a replacement free of charge.

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to let you know that we have received your package and processed the return. A credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Returns are typically processed the same day as they are received. Please note that it may take 2 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card account depending on the processing speed of your credit card company. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless you received an incorrect or damaged item.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable) 
If you want to exchange an item you purchased for another item in our shop send us an email at info@smalldevotions.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
