    • During peak seasons or new collection launches, handling times may extend slightly up to 3 to 5 business days
    • You will receive a tracking confirmation email the moment your order is labeled and prepared for dispatch

    • We ship domestically via USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority Mail
    • Delivery timelines typically range from 2 to 5 business days once the carrier accepts the package

    • Standard flat-rate shipping options are calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination and package weight for jewelry components and craft supplies.

    • Due to significant size variations, weight differences, and the fragility of unique antique pieces (such as old statues, relics, and delicate artifacts), The Vintage Collection items are excluded from our standard flat-rate shipping.

    • We offer flat-rate shipping to Canada and select international destinations worldwide
    • Standard international transit typically takes 2 to 4 weeks but can extend depending on your country's customs processing network
  • Tracking & Transit Delays
    • Your tracking link updates consistently while the package is inside the United States
    • Once the package departs the US border, tracking milestones may pause temporarily while the item is processed by your local customs hub and handed over to your regional postal service
  • Duties, Taxes & Import Fees
    • Small Devotions is located in the United States and is not a VAT-registered entity
    • All international customs duties, local import taxes, and VAT fees are not included in our item prices or shipping costs and remain the sole responsibility of the buyer
⚠️ Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

    • Small Devotions is not liable for packages damaged, lost, or severely delayed in transit by the carrier network
  • Claims & Resolution
    • If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please check with your local postal carrier or neighbors before contacting us
