Q: Where do you ship?
A: We ship anywhere in the USA, including Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. We also ship to Canada.
Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: USA: We offer three flat rate options. You can choose which works best for you during the checkout process.
USPS first-class flat rate shipping (2-4 Day) - $3.95
USPS Priority Mail flat rate shipping (2-3 Day) - $9.95
USPS Express Mail flat rate shipping (1-2 Day) - $29.95
Orders over $50 ship free in the USA if you choose USPS!
We also offer the option of using UPS. If you choose UPS as your shipping option the price will be calculated based on your address.
Canada: We offer two flat rate options for shipping. You can choose which works best for you during the checkout process. Your package will ship via USPS (United States Postal Service) until it arrives in Canada. It will then be delivered by Canada Post.
USPS first-class flat rate shipping (8-31 Day) - $10.95
USPS Priority Mail flat rate shipping (6-15 Day) - $38.95
Q: How long does it take for my order to ship?
A: All orders ship within 24 hours of being placed. I go to the post office once a day, everyday (Mon - Sat) at 1pm EST. If you place your order before 1pm EST, it will ship the same day. Any orders placed after 1pm will ship the next day.
Q: Is everything in stock?
A: All items listed on our website are stocked by Small Devotions. We do not drop-ship from suppliers or backorder your items for a prolonged period of time. On occasion, our inventory numbers can be slightly off, if you order something that we cannot fulfill, we will contact you to ask if you'd like a refund for that item or a different item instead.
Q: My order arrived and something is damaged or missing, what do I do?
A: I truly apologize for the inconvenience. We do our best to ensure that every order leaves the shop picked and packed properly, but occasionally mishaps happen. Please contact me and I will do whatever it takes to make it right!
Q: My order hasn't arrived and it's past the estimated delivery time.
A: I'm so sorry to hear that! I would be happy to look into it further for you -including tracking and filing a claim with the courier. I will reship your order if necessary.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible! We are doing our best to process orders immediately, so if it's already picked and processed, we may not be able to cancel it. We will do our best to catch it for you!
Q: Do you accept returns?
A: Your satisfaction is our ultimate goal. We do accept returns of items in original condition and, packaging, and full sets. Once the item is returned we will gladly refund the product purchase price to your original method of payment, or provide you with an equivalent exchange, whichever you prefer.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Please refer to our returns page for more info by clicking here.
Q: Will this item tarnish over time?
A: Many of our charms and jewelry findings are a high quality zinc alloy, so they should hold their color barring exposure to excessive moisture, like swimming or bathing, or certain lotions or perfumes. But only stainless steel and pure gold never tarnish. We do offer stainless steel charms, findings, chains and more in our shop.
