📦 Returns & Eligibility
  • Return Request Timelines
    • US & General International: You must request a return within 3 days of delivery and ship the items back within 7 days of delivery.
    • EU & UK: Per local consumer laws, you must request a return within 14 days of delivery and ship the items back within 14 days of delivery.
  • Item Condition Requirements
    • To be eligible for a return, your items must be in the same condition that you received them: unworn, unused, with any original packaging intact. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • 🏺 The Vintage Collection (Final Sale Exception)
    • Please note that all unique antique treasures, rare relics, old statues, and one-of-a-kind pieces from The Vintage Collection are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged due to their age, fragility, and historical nature.

    • Once your return window is verified and accepted, please safely package your items and mail them directly to our studio:Small Devotions

    • Note: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
⚠️ Damages, Defects & Issues
  • Immediate Inspection
    • Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
    • Return Shipping for Errors: If a return or replacement is required due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, Small Devotions will cover all return shipping costs or provide a prepaid shipping label.
💳 Refunds & Processing
  • Refund Details
    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will refund the product purchase price to your original payment method.
    • Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable as those funds were already used to purchase the USPS postal label. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
