6mm round glass beads that are a transparent purple color.
Purple: symbolizes royalty and imperial power (God the Father). Purple was a very expense dye, and as a result, became associated with royalty and the symbolic color for wealth and power. In the church, it is used during the seasons of Advent and Lent. It has become associated with penitence and inward reflection.

Very brilliant purple beads in the sunlight. I made a Luminous Mysteries rosary with them. Beautiful beads. Thank you ^_^
They looked navy blue in the picture, but were dark purple when I got them.
