Our Lady of Grace medal that is a rose locket that slides open to reveal the medal inside. It's a double-sided locket with a rose on both sides. When you slide it open one side is the front of the Miraculous Medal and the other side is the back of the Miraculous Medal. Die-cast silver oxidized for rich detail. Made in Italy.
